This plant, whose full name is "Moringa Oliefera", grows in Asia, Africa and Central America. Every part of the tree, from the leaf to the seed, is used. In our country, it is mostly consumed as tea. Or it is consumed as leaves or after the leaves are dried and powdered, added to boiling water, brewed, and sprinkled on meals. It contains powerful antioxidants, minerals, potassium, protein, vitamin A, iron, calcium, and vitamin C.
It is not recommended for pregnant women, heart patients, those undergoing cancer treatment and children to consume more than two cups a day for a two-month period of use.
