Bulgur Rice with Chickpeas: (For 4 Persons)
1 liter of boiled water is poured into a saucepan, and 1 tablespoon (20 gr) of Arifoğlu Meat Juice Powder Bouillon is dissolved in boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons of cooked chickpeas. Add 2 cups of bulgur with rice to the boiling water mixture in the pot and cook it on low heat until it absorbs its water. Dehydrated bulgur is left to rest for 10 minutes, covered. In a separate pan, 1 tablespoon of butter or optionally oil is lightly pinked and added to the rice in the pot and mixed. It is served hot. Enjoy your meal.
