Fish Seasoning

Ingredients: Onion (dried) 20%, garlic (dried) 14%, red pepper, mustard, coriander, cumin, celery, bay leaf.

Usage: For fish such as mackerel, sea bream, and sea bass, mix 1 tablespoon (15 gr) of Arifoğlu Fish Spice with half a tea glass of Arifoğlu Olive Oil. Marinate by adding salt if desired. After keeping it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, you can cook it in the oven, on the pan, or on the grill.

Recommend for: It is used in all fish and cooking methods, during cooking by marinating or in fish soup.

Baked Mackerel:

Mix 1 tablespoon (15 g) of Arifoğlu Fish Spice with half a tea glass of Arifoğlu Olive Oil, add salt if desired, and marinate 250 g of mackerel. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Arrange the fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and arrange the cut potatoes (1 medium) and the onion cut into thick rings (1 medium) on the tray. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
