Agrimonia

Latin for 'Agrimonia Eupatoria'. Sheepgrass is from the rose family. Its homeland is known as England. It also grows naturally in Canada, the USA and Northern European countries. It can be grown easily in almost every region of our country. It is a perennial herbaceous plant with dark green leaves and small yellow flowers on its long branches.

It likes bushes, roadsides, places with alkaline soil. Since the seeds are thick, they need cold weather to germinate. The fruits resemble hooks. It tastes bitter. In some regions, it is also known by the names of red leaf, hernia grass, and pubic root.

From the sheep grass plant; Sheep grass tea, sheep grass extract is produced.
