Preparation of a Cup of Turkish Coffee
1 teaspoon of coffee, the desired amount of sugar, and 1 cup of lime-free drinking water is boiled over medium heat. The foam is taken into the cup.
Once again, it is boiled and the cup is completed.
Turkish Coffee – Plain
Ingredients: Roasted, ground coffee.
Obtained through the ground the roasted coffee beans
Directions: Put 5-6 g of coffee in 65 ml of water.
Measure the potable water with a demitasse and put it in the coffee pot.
Add two teaspoons of coffee for each demitasse and sugar as you like.
Mix the coffee and sugar at low heat.
After a while, skim off the rising coffee foam and put in the demitasses equally.
Bring the rest to a boil again and pour it into the demitasses.
