Split Corn Turmeric Soup

for 4 people


2 teaspoons of Arifoğlu Turmeric

1 cup mashed corn, soaked

2 tablespoons of vermicelli

3 cups chicken stock

3 glasses of drinking water

1 small potato

1 large zucchini

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon of butter

Arifoglu Chilli Pepper

Preparation of:

Transfer the chicken broth to the pot with the drinking water. Let the water boil. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into cubes.

When the water boils, throw the split corn into it. After 20 minutes, add the potato and Arifoğlu Turmeric. After 15 minutes, add the zucchini and vermicelli. Cook for another 10 minutes.

In a separate small pan, melt the butter and turn the finely chopped garlic several times. Take it from the stove. Throw the buttered garlic into the boiling soup. Boil a few more times and remove from the stove. Sprinkle Arifoğlu Red Pepper on it while serving. Serve hot.
