The leaves are petiolate, pointed at the tip, toothed on the edges, heart-shaped at the base, green on the upper surface, whitish-green on the underside, and hairy. Their flowers grow drooping, with at least three of them together. The flower cover is boat-shaped, and yellowish-green in color. Its fruits are spherical and single-seeded. The linden tree grows from the sprout. It lasts a maximum of one year.
