Arifoğlu Cajun Grilled Chicken

for 4 people


600-700 grams of chicken meat

1 glass of milk (1 tablespoon of Arifoğlu Olive Oil with milk increases flavor and softness)

Using 1 teaspoon of Arifoğlu Tomato or Pepper Paste gives color.

1 tablespoon Arifoğlu Cajun

Arifoğlu Table Grinding Salt

Arifoğlu Colored Black Pepper (freshly ground)

1-2 bunches of cherry tomatoes

For the roasted pepper tzatziki:

300 grams of strained yogurt

1 cucumber, grated (Roasted green peppers can be added instead of cucumbers)

1 roasted capia pepper

1-2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of:

Chop the chicken meat as you wish. After mixing the milk and Arifoğlu Cashew in a bowl, add it to the chicken meat. Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the roasted pepper cacık. For this, add the capia pepper that you roasted in strained yogurt and cut into dice, the grated cucumber, Arifoğlu Table Grinding Salt, and Arifoğlu Garlic Yogurt Spice. Mix it well. Your cacık is ready, you can cover it and keep it in the refrigerator until you serve it.

Add extra virgin olive oil on top of the last serving. After the chicken meat is sufficiently marinated, cook it in a well-heated grill pan or barbecue on the stove. After cooking, sprinkle Arifoğlu Table Grinding Salt and Arifoğlu Colored Black Pepper if you wish. Serve immediately with tzatziki and grilled cherry tomatoes.
