4 hamburger buns

For the meatballs, put the ground beef in a deep bowl. Add Arifoğlu Anne Meatball Spice, Arifoğlu Carbonate you have foamed in 1 teaspoon of water, and chopped parsley. Knead well. Make four equal parts of the minced meat dough, roll each part in your palm and flatten it like a hamburger patty. Keep each meatball dough between greaseproof paper or in a freezer bag. Keep this in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes. Chop as you like and soak in salted cold water. Then drain and dry thoroughly. Fry in hot oil and mix with Arifoğlu Fried Potato Spice as soon as you take it to the strainer. Grill the hamburger patties. Grill the inner sides of the bread and place the lettuce, sliced ​​tomatoes, and meatballs in order. Place a small heatproof bowl on the grill. Melt the melted cheeses by taking them into this bowl.
